When will my order be shipped?
Everything is made to order. The typical processing time is 4 to 6 business days, but this may vary depending on order volume, sales, or special events.
What type of pens do you recommend for writing on Pâtisserie Papier stickers?
I love writing with anything permanent, like Pilot Ultra Fine Permanent or Sharpie Ultra Fine Permanent. I also like using a fine ballpoint pen.
What kind of paper are your stickers made from?
All our stickers are printed on matte and repositionable paper.
When will you reply to my email?
Customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST). Messages are processed in the order they are received, usually within 24 hours. If you haven't received a response, please send me a quick reminder in case the first email didn't go through. 🙂
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
I want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, just send me an email and we'll find a solution. I do my best to describe the items accurately, but please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Refunds are not possible for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or if you simply change your mind.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes I do. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll see if I can add it to my production schedule.
